Fantasy Lights

So on Saturday night Aunt Tutu, Khylee, Corbin, Trysten and I went to the Spanaway Fantasy lights! It was pretty cool with the exception that Trysten spent most of it whining and the "Christmas" music channels didn't play any music until we were out of the park. We still had fun with the kids and the many cool lights!

Great Christmas Book

We found a really cute christmas book about Olive the other reindeer! It's got good pictures and is pretty funny and cute we loved it!

Trysten and I attended craft night at the school last night! It was pretty cool, there were a lot of creative but easy crafts. We enjoyed spending times with his friends and even met the infamous Brett (the boy who Trysten is constantly getting into trouble with) you would never have known that they were always fighting cause they were buddy buddy last night!

Veteran's day

Today we celebrated Veterans day by potato sack racing, but since we didn't have the potato sack we used the laundry hampers.... Then we made a pit stop at Bowie's for some Q&A

And by playing Golden Compass on the play station at Grandma's...where gonna finish it out with a good free steak courtesy of the OUTBACK gift certificate!

I'm gonna tell..

So this story was just to priceless not to share... The other night Trysten and I were trying to accomplish some school work. As you know Trysten is not very happy about any school work, and this night he is especially unhappy so he threw a fit. After 2 time outs and 3 warnings, he got a spanking. Yes for all of the ANTI-spankers he got one and lived it was a miracle! He recovered with 5 minutes and homework was completed. After dinner and a bath. I was tucking him in and I gave him a hug and a kiss. As I was getting ready to get stand up he says "I'm gonna tell people what you do to me". It took all I had not to crack up, I asked him what he was talking about and he said spanking was illegal. I told him it was not, we could call the police right now. He said "No!" Then I said well who you want to tell lets call them...Needless to say there was no one that he wanted to report that he had not listened and he ended up getting a spanking cause of it. But the delivery of the threat was priceless!
